Privacy policy

Signalhouse is wallet-based and collects as little as possible. We do not ask for your name, email, or government ID to use the product. This policy explains what we do handle and why.

Draft — pending legal review
This is a working draft provided for transparency while the final, counsel-reviewed policy is prepared. It is not legal advice. Last updated June 1, 2026.

What we collect

  • Wallet address. When you connect and sign in, we record your public Solana wallet address. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Session data. To keep you signed in, we store a session reference (a hashed token and its expiry) tied to your wallet. Signing out revokes it.
  • On-chain activity. We index public on-chain data — trades, positions, and account state — for the strategies and accounts in the product. This data is already public on Solana.
  • Your settings. The strategies you follow and the risk rules you configure are stored so the product can function.
  • Basic technical data. Standard server logs (such as request metadata and error information) used to operate and secure the service.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or government identification to use the core product, and we do not run KYC for basic use. We never receive your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to withdraw your funds. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

  • To authenticate you by wallet signature and maintain your session.
  • To operate the product: show strategies, record follows and risk settings, and process copies you have authorized.
  • To compute descriptive metrics (such as ProofOfEdge) from public on-chain data.
  • To monitor, debug, and secure the service, and to comply with applicable law.

Sharing and infrastructure

We use third-party infrastructure to run the service — for example RPC and indexing providers, oracles, and hosting. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the product. On-chain transactions are, by their nature, public and permanent on Solana and are outside our control once submitted.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and settings data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can disconnect your wallet and revoke your on-chain delegation at any time. Public on-chain data cannot be deleted by us, because it does not live on our systems.
