Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Signalhouse, a non-custodial interface for copying perpetual-futures trades on Solana. By connecting a wallet, delegating trading authority, or following a strategy, you agree to these terms.

Draft — pending legal review
This is a working draft provided for transparency while the final, counsel-reviewed terms are prepared. It is not legal advice. Last updated June 1, 2026.

What Signalhouse is

Signalhouse provides software and on-chain data that let you discover traders with verified on-chain history, grant a trade-only delegation on your own Drift account, and copy approved trades into that account. Signalhouse is non-custodial: it never holds your funds, never takes deposits, and the authority you grant cannot withdraw, move, or reassign your collateral. You can revoke it on-chain at any time.

Eligibility

You may use Signalhouse only if you can form a binding contract, are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and are not barred from using it under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that using the product and trading perpetual futures is lawful where you are.

Your responsibilities

  • Secure your wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and every transaction you sign. Signalhouse cannot reverse on-chain actions.
  • Set your own limits. The risk rules you configure are yours. You are responsible for choosing leverage, size, drawdown, and allocation settings appropriate for you.
  • Understand the risks. You have read the Risk Disclosure and understand that perpetual futures are high-risk and that you can lose your collateral.
  • Comply with the law. You will not use Signalhouse for unlawful purposes or where perpetual-futures trading is restricted for you.

No advice; no fiduciary relationship

Signalhouse is a software tool, not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custodian. Nothing it provides is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to follow any strategy or trader. Verified status and scores are derived from on-chain data and are descriptive, not predictive. You make your own decisions.

Third-party venues and infrastructure

Trades settle on third-party on-chain venues (such as Drift) over public infrastructure (Solana, RPC providers, oracles). Signalhouse does not control those systems and is not responsible for their performance, availability, pricing, liquidity, or solvency. Your use of a venue is also subject to that venue's own terms.

Availability, changes, and suspension

The product is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, pause (including via a global execution kill switch), or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalhouse and its contributors are not liable for trading losses, liquidations, missed or delayed copies, oracle or data failures, venue or network failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. The software is provided without warranties of any kind.
